New Stuff!

Hey, finally (after a couple of years), I've scanned my art (a miniscule amount, but some of it) and have finally submitted my art. I've always been wanting to, but... I just never got around to it. Hm... I wonder why not. So, if anybody's reading this, please, go to my art and comment on my work! Thanks so much!

Thanks for the fave kiddo ^^ I appreciate it.

FN! :floating:
Thanks for the fave kid, I appreciate it. Keep working with that pencil, it'll be your best friend in the long run.

I, on the other hand, have lost all my pencil skills (what little I had) to that scourge of traditional artists; the Wacom.

Heh, thanks again,
FN!
*sigh* why must you keep calling me 'kid'? it makes me feel so young. and yes, me and my pencil have an ongoing affair going on. well, that and the pen, but shhhhh don't tell!

and i'm sorry to hear that you've lost your way. maybe you'll find a light to guide you in your darkest hours.

P.S. what's the Wacom?
I call you kid because I call everybody kid ^^ I spent four years as an online Agony Uncle dealing with people's emotional troubles, listening to and talking on every subject you can imagine. I may not be old in years, but if there's such a thing as emotionally old, I'm it. So don't sweat it kid, you're one of about four million that I call that :floating:

And the Wacom is the digital pen tablet that's incredibly famous in digital art circles as one of the best makes around. If you want to produce art directly on a computer, you use a Wacom pad (or a Wacom Cintiq monitor, which is where you draw straight onto the screen), or you struggle, up to you ^^

I say I've lost my pencil skills only because I don't draw with paper anymore, and my doodles look... well pretty crap without an undo button on hand whenever I try these days.
Anyway, don't worry about me, I still sketch just as much, but in a different medium.

Oi! I see you've been busy, haven't you? I read your journal. Did you have fun in London? I've been meaning to go... how was...Melinda? and Alex? did i get the names right? and...i don't know you well enough, but...what's with the...joke? i guess it was funny, it sounds like something i would say to a friend, but what if she's reading your journal? wouldn't it be kind of awkward?

and i think i've heard of the Wacom before, just never knew the name. hmmm...

Aye, i know what you mean about the 'losing skills' thing. i had writers' block for a while (i'm a writer, artist, musician, gypsy, dreamer...) and have just gotten back into it. (i have to for school). I hope you get back to it. it's such a good thing to do.

Just one of the 4 million,
Brianna
